To provide an intake control system which sets the upper and lower limits of a water level in a tunnel, and enables water intake in a place except a main intake only when the water level falls within a range between the upper and lower limits.
The assembly of a float valve of the intake control system includes a shaft 2 where an upper float 1, an upper water-shut-off valve body 1a, a lower water-shut-off valve body 3, and a lower float 5 are arranged in this order. In an intake structure 10, an opening plate 11 for forming an intake opening is provided between an intake source and a main water channel. In the assembly of the float valve, the upper float 1 and the upper water-shut-off valve body 1a are arranged on the opening plate 11, and the lower water-shut-off valve body 3 and the lower float 5 are arranged on the downside. The upper float 1 is constituted in such a manner that an intake state is formed at the water level 9 of the intake source by putting the intake opening into an opened state, only when the lower float 5 is affected by the water level in the main water channel (the tunnel 13) and the water level in the main water channel falls within the predetermined range of a fixed water level.
