Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously operate air-conditioning equipment and excellently maintain the indoor environment of a building regardless of a situation outside the building.SOLUTION: An intake structure of a building includes: air-conditioning equipment 16 installed in the interior 14 of a reactor building 10 for performing air-conditioning of the interior; a suction port 12 formed penetrating the reactor building 10; and a system flow passage 18 for emergency connected to the suction port 12 and the air-conditioning equipment 16 which includes a scrubbing pool 27 and an adsorber 28. The scrubbing pool 27 captures and removes particulate substances in ambient air taken in from the suction port, and extinguishes flames. The adsorber 28 adsorbs and removes harmful substances in ambient air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
