Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the external piping for switching a passage and reduce the installation space and the cost by providing a compact switching vale in one heat storage gas burner to switch an air supply passage and an exhaust passage. CONSTITUTION: First, secondary air supplied from an air supply port is passed through a first heat storage unit 21, passed through a first passage 11, and burnt together with the gas of already burning state and primary gas. Exhaust gas is sucked from holes of a second group under the negative pressure control of an air supply port 35 from an exhaust port 36, retained heat is stored in a second heat storage unit 22 when it is passed through the unit 22, and exhausted. Then, when a switching valve 24 is driven to be switched, the secondary air is injected, burnt, while the exhaust gas is sucked from the holes of a first group, and its heat is stored in the unit 21. Thereafter, the heat of the unit 21 preheats the secondary air and the heat of the unit 22 preheats the secondary air, and hence the thermal efficiency is improved.
