Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermittent conveyor device that, in performing batch conveyance of film, controls scratches on the film caused by slippage relative to a conveyor object such as a roller, even when sudden acceleration or sudden deceleration occurs.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by the following inventions: 1. An intermittent film-conveyor device in which flotation conveyor nozzles for floating film are disposed in the front and in the rear of a batch processing device, and in which vertically movable accumulator rollers are disposed adjacent to the flotation conveyor nozzles. 2. An intermittent film-conveyor device in which flotation conveyor nozzles for floating film are disposed in the front and in the rear of a batch processing device, and in which vertically movable flotation conveyor nozzles are disposed adjacent to the flotation conveyor nozzles in order to jet a gaseous matter on a top surface of the film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
