Abstract:
To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of highly accurately enhancing estimation accuracy of intake air amount (cylinder inner air amount).SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device includes an air amount estimation section, a fuel injection control section and a wall surface temperature detection section. The air amount estimation section estimates cylinder inner air amount that is air amount in a cylinder of an internal combustion engine on the basis of pressure of an intake pipe, a temperature of the intake pipe, speed of an internal combustion engine (engine 100) or a phase of a variable valve. The fuel injection control section controls fuel injection amount in accordance with the cylinder inner air amount estimated by the air amount estimation section. The wall surface temperature detection section detects a wall surface temperature of the cylinder of the internal combustion engine. The air amount estimation section makes a correction so as to increase the cylinder inner air amount in accordance with a wall surface temperature of the cylinder (cylinder wall surface temperature TCYLWALL).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
