Abstract:
To provide an ion elution unit that can elute metal ions from an electrode over a longer period of time.SOLUTION: Provided is an ion elution unit, in which a case 80 having a water passage 88 formed in an elbow shape, and an electrode 90 positioned in a bent part 88a of a water passage 88. Since the pace of which the electrode 90 positioned at an inner side of a water passage direction wears faster than that positioned at an outer side of the water passage direction due to flow velocity around the bent part 88a, the electrode 90 positioned at a central part of the water passage direction wears faster than those positioned at different parts, which leads to breakage of the electrode 90, so the ion elution unit can prevent the situation in which the electrode 90 needs to be replaced in a short term and can elute silver ions over a longer period of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
