Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an alternative train according to needs of each traveler by receiving an alternative of a getting-on/off station fitted to a demand of the traveler.SOLUTION: A ticket issue support system receives request information inputted in an operation terminal 30, transmits a terminal request to a train inventory management device 10, and performs inventory search to a train inventory management file 1021 held in the train inventory management device 10. The train inventory management device 10 performs alternative operating kilometer search to the train inventory management file 1021 so as to acquire an operating kilometer number needed for alternative station retrieval. The train inventory management device 10 performs alternative station search to a station information management file 1022 held in the train inventory management device 10 so as to obtain an alternative station becoming a candidate after acquiring the alternative operating kilometer number. The train inventory management device 10 has acquired the alternative station, and thereafter performs alternative inventory search to an acquired station name. The train inventory management device 10 transmits above acquired inventory information to the operation terminal 30, and outputs it by screen display or the like.
