Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling performance of a jig for attaching an insert to a mold form to the mold form, and to improve the workability of insert embedding work.SOLUTION: An attachment jig 11 for attaching an insert 12 to a wooden flask 13 when embedding the insert into concrete comprises a cylindrical jig main body 20 and a fixed pin 21. The jig main body 20 comprises a head part 22 which is inserted into an attachment hole 18 of the wooden flask 13, and a shaft part 23 in which a male screw part 23a which is screwed to a female screw hole 15 of the insert 12 is formed. The head part 22 comprises divided parts 26 which are divided by slits 4, and engagement teeth at external peripheries of the divided parts 26. When the fixed pin 21 is pushed in, the engagement teeth bite in and engages with an internal peripheral face of the attachment hole 18, and the head part 22 is fixed to a mold form 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
