Abstract:
In a workpiece fixing jig (1), at least a top surface and a bottom surface of a base plate (3) is made of fiber reinforced plastic. The base plate (3) has an attachment hole (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) that extends through the base plate (3) in a thickness direction, and an insert member (31, 33, 35, 37) made of a metal is attached to the base plate (3) such that the insert member (31, 33, 35, 37) is inserted in the attachment hole (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d). The insert member (31, 33, 35, 37) has a flow path hole (31 a, 33a, 35a, 37a) that functions as a fluid channel for enabling fluid to through the base plate (3).
