Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler of gear box output shafts.SOLUTION: A coupler of gear box output shafts has: a link flange 10; a small gear 20; and a bolt 30. The link flange has: a concentric screw hole 12; and a first curvic coupling 16. The small gear is tandemly connected to a front end surface of the link flange, and has: a spot-faced hole 22 which is concentrically installed; a gear 24; and a second curvic coupling 26. The bolt is screwed into a screw hole after penetrating the spot-faced hole from the front end surface of the small gear to be extended, and the small gear and the link flange are restricted. By the above-mentioned configuration of members, power between the link flange and the small gear to be coupled is transmitted to synchronously perform a motion by engagement between the first curvic coupling and the second curvic coupling, self-centering and rigidity of localization are provided, and otherwise, convenience of detachment is provided by combination with the bolt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
