Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safekeeping key management system for safe-deposit boxes, for making it possible to easily manage a safekeeping key of a pair of keys for locking/unlocking a safe-deposit box of a financial institution or the like, the safekeeping key being stored and managed by the financial institution or the like, and check a managed state of the safekeeping key in a short time and easily.SOLUTION: A safekeeping key management system for safe-deposit boxes comprises: a safekeeping key storage box 5 capable of accommodating a plurality of safekeeping key accommodation envelopes 3 on which an IC chip storing RFID data is formed; an aperture 6 into which a tray 7 on which the safekeeping key storage box 5 is mounted is to be inserted; an RFID reader 15 formed on the internal surface of the aperture; memory means for storing reference RFID data related to the safekeeping key accommodation envelopes; and a control unit 10 for checking a managed state of a safekeeping key on the basis of the reference RFID data and RFID data related to a safekeeping key accommodation envelope, the RFID data being read by the RFID reader.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
