PURPOSE: To attain manhour saving and the cost reduction by providing a glass block stuck with the protective films on the upper and lower faces, filling mortar into a joint space, hardening it, and then peeling and removing the protective films.
CONSTITUTION: Desired numbers of the glass blocks 1 stuck with the protective films 2, 3 using a vinyl tape, etc., on the upper and lower faces, are provided on a positioning surface plate 4 provided projected lines 4a at a grid shape so as to keep mutually the joint space 5. Next, the mortar 6 is filled into the joint space 5 and, by hardening it, a glass block panel 10 is obtained. Next, by taking out the glass panel 10 from the positioning surface plate 4, the protective films 2, 3 on the upper and lower faces of the block 1 are peeled and removed to make the glass block panel.
