Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like electric heating element capable of being embedded firmly in a concrete or the like, and a manufacture thereof.
SOLUTION: This sheet-like electric heating element for embedding has a water proof sheath on the surface which has a heating conductive circuit of a sheet-like heating element which has a heating conductive circuit at least on one side of it, and a penetration hole between front and back sides. Its manufacturing method comprises a process of forming a conductive circuit at least on one side of an insulating sheet, a process of forming an insulating waterproof coating on the conductive circuit, a process of forming penetrating hole between the surface and backside of the sheet without damaging the conductive circuit, and a process of forming a penetrating hole smaller than the previous one between the surface and backside of the penetrating hole of the waterproof coated sheet.
