Abstract:
To provide a label heating device in which a heating condition excluding heating temperature of a label in a preliminarily heating chamber can be adjusted.SOLUTION: The label heating device is provided that comprises a heating tunnel through which a mounting object covered with a label is conveyed from an inlet to an outlet. The heating tunnel comprises: a main heating chamber in which the label is heated to be closely attached to the mounting object; and a preliminarily heating chamber which is arranged upstream of the main heating chamber, and heats the label to temperature lower than that in the main heating chamber. The mounting object is passed through the preliminarily heating chamber and then conveyed to the main heating chamber without being exposed to outside air. The label heating device further comprises: a plurality of conveyers arranged in the preliminarily heating chamber and the main heating chamber respectively and lined along a conveying direction; and a conveyance speed adjustment unit that adjusts respective conveying speeds of the conveyers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
