Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate sheet for a liquid filling nozzle excellent in production efficiency.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a laminate sheet for a liquid filling nozzle including perforated plates having a plurality of through holes in metal substrates laminated with annular spacers having frame bodies and openings, comprises: a process of providing the perforated plates having a plurality of through holes in the flat plate-like metal substrate; a process of providing the annular spacer sheets having a plurality of the openings in the flat plate-like metal substrates and laminating them onto the perforated plates to be joined; and a process of separating the laminate including the perforated plate sheets and the annular spacers into individual pieces for the respective opening. In the process of manufacturing the perforated plate sheets, the through holes are formed in an area partitioned with the superposed openings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
