Abstract:

A stacked ultrasound vibration device is provided with a plurality of piezoelectric bodies 61 between two mass materials 42 and 43, in which brazing materials 73 and 76 with an elastic constant smaller than elastic constants of the two mass materials 42 and 43 and the plurality of piezoelectric bodies 61 are used to bond the plurality of piezoelectric bodies 61 as similar material bonding portions by a first metal bonding layer with a first thickness d1 and to bond the plurality of piezoelectric bodies 61 and the mass materials 42 and 43 as dissimilar material bonding portions by a second metal bonding layer with a second thickness d2 thicker than the first thickness d1.
