Abstract:
To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor capable of maintaining an adhesion force between an external electrode and a laminate while maintaining a crack suppression effect of the laminate due to an effect of a conductive resin layer.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor 10 includes a laminate 12, and external electrodes 24 on both end faces of the laminate 12. The external electrodes 24 include: a base electrode layer 26; a conductive resin layer 28 disposed on the base electrode layer 26; and a plating layer 30 disposed on the conductive resin layer 28. An R amount of a boundary portion between the base electrode layer and the conductive resin layer in a ridge portion of the laminate is 296.6 μm or more. A metal component of the conductive resin layer contains flat powder. When the metal component is assumed to be 100%, a ratio of the flat powder is 80% by weight or more. A length of a long side at a flat powder D90 value is 10.3 μm or more. A solid content concentration of PVC in the conductive resin layer is 45 vol% or more and 60 vol% or less. A thickness of the conductive resin layer located at the ridge portion is 11.7 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
