Abstract:
To provide a lighting appliance capable of detecting an increase in impedance of a ground line while using a voltage regulator.SOLUTION: A lighting appliance comprises: a voltage regulator, to which a first ground line and a first power source line to which first voltage of a voltage source is applied are connected, for applying second voltage to a second power source line; a light source to which the second power source line and a second ground line connected to the first ground line are connected; a control unit, to which a third ground line connected to the second ground line, a fourth ground line connected to the first ground line, and a communication line from the light source are connected, for controlling the light source; a detection unit for detecting current flowing through the third ground line or the fourth ground line; and a determination unit for determining whether or not the second ground line is in a high impedance state on the basis of a detection result of the detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
