Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling against an external load stress while preventing deterioration of motor characteristics.SOLUTION: There are provided a laminate portion 1 in which soft magnetic thin ribbons are laminated, a metal plate 2 provided above and below the laminate portion 1, and an adhesive layer 4 provided on the laminated end face of the laminated portion 1. The laminate portion 1 and the metal plate 2 are bonded to each other by an adhesive layer 4, and adhesive constituting the adhesive layer 4 does not adhere to the upper and lower surfaces of the metal plate 2. Accordingly, since the upper and lower surfaces and the side surfaces are fixed in the laminate portion 1 of the soft magnetic thin ribbon, it is possible to easily maintain the outer shape of the laminate body 3. Further, since the adhesive does not adhere to the upper and lower surfaces of the laminate portion 1 of the soft magnetic thin ribbon, it is possible to use the laminate body 3 while the laminate body 3 is stacked with other parts or another laminate body 3, thereby facilitating handling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
