To provide a laminate and a resin layer which prevent floating between a resin layer and a support base material when the laminate is created and conveyed in a roll step while imparting a basic hard coat function such as scratch resistance and transparency to the resin layer, are excellent in thickness uniformity of the resin layer, and can effectively suppress a curl of the resin layer.SOLUTION: A laminate 1 has a resin layer 5 and a support base material 3, and satisfies the following conditions 1 and 2. Condition 1: when the laminate 1 is separated into the support base material 3 and the resin layer 5, peeling force N1 obtained by peeling the resin layer 5 in a 180° direction and peeling force N2 obtained by peeling the support base material 3 in the 180° direction satisfy 1.2
