PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lens drive device with improved mechanical reliability.SOLUTION: A lens drive device (1) includes a lens holder (2), a case (3), and a plate spring (5). The case (4) and the plate spring (5) are connected by a connecting member (6) which is filled in a plate spring through hole (51). An extension part (52) in which a part of an inner surface of the plate spring through hole (51) extends into the hole is formed in the inner surface thereof.
