PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buoyancy preventing structure constructed in the ground having a high groundwater level or in the soft ground and capable of preventing the uplift pressure applied to an underground common duct by the pressed groundwater. SOLUTION: An improved ground body is formed on the underground common duct buried in the ground having a high groundwater level or in the soft ground, and an earth anchor fixed to an underground foundation bed is fixed to the improved ground body.
