Abstract:
To provide a light emitting device capable of arranging a desired amount of phosphor around a light emitting element.SOLUTION: A light emitting device 1 includes: a substrate 10; a light emitting element 11 which are mounted on the substrate 10; wiring patterns 25-27 which are arranged close to the light emitting element 11; a pair of thin film wires 14 and 15 both ends of which are connected to the wiring patterns 25-27 and which are arranged with the light emitting element sandwiched therebetween; a pair of thin films 16 which are arranged to stand toward the pair of thin film wires 14 and 15, respectively, from the substrate 10; a phosphor resin 17 which contains phosphor that converts emitted light emitted from the light emitting element 11 and emits light with a wavelength different from that of the emitted light, the phosphor resin being arranged between the pair of thin films; and a sealing resin 18 which seals the light emitting element 11, the pair of thin film wires 14 and 15, and the phosphor resin 17. The pair of thin film wires 14 and 15 are arranged so as not to overlap the light emitting element 11 when the substrate 10 is viewed in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
