To provide a light-emitting device with a high degree of freedom in color matching of light.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes: a light-emitting portion 11; an optical member 14 that includes a first region 141 capable of taking out light of a first chromaticity, and a second region 142 capable of taking out light of a second chromaticity that is different from the first chromaticity, and transmits or passes light emitted by the light-emitting portion 11; and a variable mechanism 15 that changes a distance between the light-emitting portion 11 and the optical member 14.
