Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED unit capable of achieving further improvement of assembly workability, and a lighting fixture including the same.SOLUTION: An LED unit 10 includes: a base 1; a light emitting device 3 arranged in the base 1; and a connection terminal 4. The light emitting device 3 includes: an LED chip; a mounting substrate 3b; and a terminal part 3c electrically connected with the LED chip. The terminal part 3c is provided on a main surface 3ba of the mounting substrate 3b. The connection terminal 4 is a metal plate, and it has a connection part 4c for connecting a first end part 4a and a second end part 4b. The base 1 has an exterior part 1c for exposing the second end part 4b to the outside at a peripheral part. A first main surface 4aa of the first end part 4a is arranged in parallel with the main surface 3ba of the mounting substrate 3b, and is electrically connected with the terminal part 3c. A second main surface 4ba of the second end part 4b is arranged in the direction crossing the main surface 3ba at the exterior part 1c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
