To provide a lighting fixture capable of accurately returning a lamp body which has varied mounting angles formed by the replacement of a lamp to an appropriate angle by a one-touch operation without marking a sign indicating the appropriate mounting angle of the lamp body by using a coating such as paint.

After appropriately adjusting the mounting angle by rotating and swinging the lamp body upward or downward, a rotary plate 11 is rotated in the same direction as that in which a depression angle plate 4 has been rotated in rotating and swinging the lamp body upward or downward to bring the rotation of the rotary plate 11 into a state that it is blocked by a stopper pin 12 fixed to a lamp body supporting tool. In such a state, the rotary plate 11 is fastened and fixed to the depression angle plate 4 by a rotary plate fastening tool 13 to set a top or a bottom dead center at which the lamp body is restricted from rotating and swinging further upward or downward over the appropriate mounting angle.
