At the substantially central part of the lens plate 60, provided a stationary part 64 fixed to a fitting surface, and on the outer periphery of the lens plate, at a position of holding the substantially central stationary part, provided is an engagement part formed on the fitting surface and engaged to an engagement hole by sliding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
