To provide an illuminating device in which deformation of an operating shaft is restrained.SOLUTION: An illuminating device comprises: a housing 2; a sliding shaft 9 of which at least a portion is arranged so as to be located inside the housing 2; a light source part 8 that is a sliding part attached to an attachment part capable of sliding along the sliding shaft 9, and arranged inside the housing; and a regulating member 100 arranged between the housing 2 and the light source part 8, and for regulating movement of the light source part 8 to the side of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
