Abstract:
To provide a lighting device that can light up a surgical section with high illuminance, and is easily assembled.SOLUTION: There is provided a lighting device 1 that comprises: a lighting unit 3 lighting up a predetermined place; a support unit 2 having the lighting unit 3 at one end; and a control unit 4 to which the other end of the support unit 2 is connected and which supplies electric power to the lighting unit 3. The lighting unit 3 comprises a hollow shell member 31 having at least one side opened, and a condenser lens 32 provided closing the opening end of the shell member 31, which includes a light emitting element 36, a substrate 34 supporting the light emitting element 36, and a heat radiation body 33 to which the substrate 34 is fixed. The substrate 34 has a connection part 341 to which the light emitting element 36 is connected and a heat radiation part 346 bonded to the heat radiation body 36, and a through hole 345 connecting the connection part 341 and heat radiation part 346 in a heat-conductive manner penetrates in its axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
