Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new LED flood lighting technology capable of manufacturing several kinds of fixture cases in compliance with amount of light of various lighting fixtures more efficiently in less-expensive manner and additionally establishing positively a sufficient thermal radiation corresponding to a specification of the lighting fixture.SOLUTION: There is provided a case frame 3 made of raw material of high coefficient of thermal conductivity in which a rectangular bottom wall 30 having an optional length size and width end side walls 31, 31 are raised in each of the specified depth sizes from both width ends of the rectangular bottom wall 30 and a sectional outer contour shape having an optional position in a length size direction cut perpendicularly is kept substantially constant. Longitudinal end side plates 4, 4 made of raw material of high coefficient of thermal conductivity with both butt ends 32, 32 in a length size direction of the case frame 3 being the specified depth size are connected and integrally formed. A lighting opening 6 continuous to both width end side walls 31, 31 and the rectangular frame-like shapes of both longitudinal end side plates 4, 4 are provided with a tight-closing frame 61 to form a rectangular unit type fixture case 2. Additionally, light source devices 7 are stored at appropriate locations, and a rectangular transparent plate 62 is removably installed and air-tightly closed at a frame part 61 for air-tightly closing the lighting fixture case 2 to form a flood lighting fixture 1 for tunnel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
