Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device and a lighting driver having a repelling effect to plural kinds of insects while reducing attractiveness of light ray to insects.SOLUTION: A lighting device comprises a light source having three kinds of light emitting elements for emitting light at mutually different peak emission wavelengths within a visible light region, and a light emission driving part for driving light emission of the light source. The light emission driving part drives light emission by causing the three kinds of light emitting elements to change light fluxes continuously so that each of the three kinds of the light emitting elements has a maximum light flux at a timing different from a timing at which a minimum timing is obtained in the other light emitting elements, and by continuously changing a synthetic light flux obtained by combining light fluxes received from the three kinds of light emitting elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
