Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system for a vehicle, capable of facilitating installation on a vehicle, such as a bicycle and extending the service life of a battery in a power supply part by determining a running condition with high precision.SOLUTION: The lighting system for vehicle includes a light-emitting part that is installed on a vehicle, such as a bicycle, emits light by electric power supply from a power supply part and that illuminates the surrounding and a control part that controls the supply of electric power of the power supply part to the light-emitting part according to a surrounding state. By a detection output of at least either of a running detection part for detecting a vehicle running state or a light/darkness detection part for detecting the light/darkness of the surrounding, an operating state of at least one of the other detection part or the control part is switched.
