Abstract:
To provide an illumination system capable of being manufactured by using a luminaire and securing a quality of a production.SOLUTION: A illumination system comprises: a luminaire main body; a plurality of LEDs provided to the luminaire main body; a transparent plate that is provided to the luminaire main body, and to which a light is transmitted from the plurality of LEDs; a sensor that detects the light from an end part of the transparent plate; and control means of controlling a lighting of the plurality of LEDs. In the transparent plate, a plurality of reflection parts or light diffusion parts for moving one part of the light from each LED to the end part of the transparent plate is provided. In a plan view of the transparent plate, an area of each reflection part or the light diffusion part is 5% or less to an area of all of the transparent plate. The control means determines an LED failure on the basis of a value of the sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
