Abstract:
To facilitate a support of an automatic operation.SOLUTION: An illumination system 1 includes: at least one illumination unit 10; at least one sensor 20 respectively arranged in at least one of the illumination units 10, so as to detect an object positioned in the periphery of the arranged illumination units 10; a storage section 33 for storing road information to be used in an automatic operation; a calculation section 32 for determining whether the object detected by at least one of the sensors 20 is an obstacle, and adding obstacle information indicating the object determined as an obstacle to the road information; and a communication section 40 for transmitting the road information with the obstacle information added thereto to a vehicle 90 which is being automatically operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
