Abstract:
The system has a discharge pump (140) with suction and discharge openings for suction and discharge of liquid crystals contained in a container (122). A nozzle distributes the crystals discharged from the pump on a substrate. A control unit calculates the quantity of distribution of crystals based on height of a spacing formed on the substrate and controls the pump to distribute the calculated quantity on the substrate. An independent claim is also included for a method of distributing liquid crystal material.
