Abstract:
To restrict satellites and mist according to the constitution of a connection channel in order to achieve the drive of high frequency waves.SOLUTION: A head 3 comprises: a pressure chamber 30; a nozzle 31; and a connection channel 36 for connecting the pressure chamber 30 to the nozzle 31. The connection channel 36 is constituted of seven parts 36a-36g having mutually different channel cross-sectional areas. Among the multiple parts 36a-36g constituting the connection channel 36, the part 36a adjacent to the pressure chamber 30 in the connection channel 36 has the smallest channel cross-sectional area. Further, the relation in the channel cross-sectional areas between the part 36a and the part 36b, and the pressure chamber 30 satisfies the following conditions. S1≤0.3×S0 and S1≤0.7×S2 (S0: the channel cross-sectional area of the pressure chamber 30, S1: the channel cross-sectional area of the part 36a, S2: the channel cross-sectional area of the part 36b)SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
