Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method which enables an operator located on an external part of a water tank structure to perform an operation for scattering liquid to an internal surface of the water tank structure on a site where the operator is not allowed to enter the water tank structure.SOLUTION: A liquid scattering device for scattering liquid to an internal surface of a water tank structure includes at least: a main pillar which can be vertically disposed or can be hung down within the water tank structure; an arm part attached to the main pillar so as to be developable in a direction vertical to the longitudinal direction of the main pillar from the state of being folded up so as to go along the main pillar; a scattering means for scattering the liquid from the arm part; a rotation means which makes the arm part freely rotatable by setting the longitudinal direction of the main pillar as a rotation axis; and an elevation means which makes the arm part freely vertically-movable in the longitudinal direction of the main pillar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
