Abstract:
To efficiently suppress frequency fluctuation.SOLUTION: A load frequency controller 100 comprises: a capacity deriving unit 130 that derives an LFC (Low Frequency Control) capacity required to reduce the frequency deviation in a power system 200; a capacity limiter 160 that limits the LFC capacity derived by the capacity deriving unit 130 to a predetermined limit value and outputs the LFC capacity; a capacity distribution unit 170 that distributes the LFC capacity limited by the capacity limiter 160 to a plurality of generators 210 in the power system 200; and a capacity remainder distribution unit 180 that distributes a value obtained by subtracting the LFC capacity limited by the capacity limiter 160 from the LFC capacity derived by the capacity deriving unit 130 to a distributed power generators 220 different from the plurality of power generators 210 in the power system 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
