PURPOSE: To provide the press mold which eliminates the danger of cracking the boring part of sheet glass and has good productivity as the press mold for boring of the sheet glass to be used as a printed circuit board.

CONSTITUTION: This press mold is constituted by attachably and detachably holding a punch 1, which is formed of a super hard material or the like as a blank material and is held attachably and detachably to a plate 4 worked to a plane 1a at its front end, and a bushing 2, which is held on a lower mold plate 5 and has a hole diameter set with the clearance between the bushing and the punch 1 so as to sufficiently deflect the pressed part to the position of an alternate long and short dash chainline position 3d when the sheet glass 3 is pressed by the punch 1, on the plate 5. The cracking of the bored part is prevented by deflecting the sheet glass at the time of pressing.
