Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abrasion between a piston, a member supporting the piston and a seal member arranged therebetween.SOLUTION: A lock-up device includes a clutch plate 31, a piston 32, a support member 35, and a synchronization mechanism. The clutch plate 31 is arranged between a front cover 2 and a turbine 4. The piston 32 is provided movably in an axis direction, and makes the clutch plate 31 into a torque transmission state. The support member 35 is configured to movably support the piston 32, and constitutes an oil chamber C1 to which hydraulic oil for operating the piston 32 is supplied. The synchronization mechanism comprises a slit 37c of a drive hub 37 and an engagement convex part 32b of the piston 32, and is configured to synchronize rotation of the piston 32 with rotation of the support member 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
