Abstract:
Tensioning and lashing device for the stepwise tensioning and stepless release of lashing lines, consisting of a bracket (1), of a pivoting arm (2) and of a ratchet mechanism which is composed of ratchet wheels (3, 3') and blocking slides (5, 5'). Because a plurality of blocking slides (5, 5') is used, a higher lashing force can be absorbed or a stepwise tensioning of the lashing line in blocking-step sizes different from the tooth division t is possible. To release the lashing line, there is formed on the pivoting arm (2) a control cam (40) which brings the blocking slides (5, 5') into a disengaged position and consequently the ratchet mechanism into a release position. The use of curved blocking slides (5, 5'), of a curved driving slide (20) and of a leg spring (41) as a single spring element for the blocking slides (5, 5') allows a reduction in the constructional height of the device and has the effect of saving components and space.
