Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking apparatus for a vehicle facilitating operation and improving reliability.SOLUTION: A locking apparatus body 5 in an embodiment 1 includes a housing 13, a latch 15, a pole 17, and a lever 19. The latch 15 is journaled to a first swinging shaft 21 to be able to swing, and is engageable with a striker 9b in its engaging state. The pole 17 is journaled to a second swinging shaft 23 to be able to swing, and is capable of fixing the swing of the latch 15 by positioning an engaging element 17a at a first position. The lever 19 is journaled to a third swinging shaft 25 to be able to swing, and is capable of fixing the swing of the pole 17 by positioning an engaging part 19a at a third position. In the locking apparatus body 5, the pole 17 and the lever 19 swing in the same direction. Four pins 11 are arranged on a placing table 27.
