Abstract:
To provide a lock mechanism capable of reducing cost and work load required in its installation and maintenance with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A lock mechanism comprises: a laminated rubber bearing 2 arranged on a lower structure 11 and separated apart from an upper structure 12; a plastic deformable side block 3 arranged on either one of the laminated rubber bearing 2 and the upper structure 12 so as to protrude toward the other of them; and an upper protruding part (protruding part) 4 arranged on the other of the laminated rubber bearing 2 and the upper structure 12 so as to protrude toward the one of them to oppose the side block 3 in a horizontal direction. The side block 3 limits relative displacement in a horizontal direction between the lower structure 11 and the upper structure 12 when external force applied by the upper protruding part 4 is less than a specific value upon abutment of the lower structure 11 and the upper structure 12 to the upper protruding part 4 to shift relatively in the horizontal direction, allowing the relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lower structure 11 and the upper structure 12 through plastic deformation when the external force applied by the upper protruding part 4 is equal to or more than a specific value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
