In the compartment of the vehicles 22, 23 with a driving base, seats 22c, 22d are arranged opposed to each other in a vehicle width direction, and lower parts of the seats 22c, 23c and passages 22d, 23d become low floor parts. A large diameter wheel 6a side of a bogie truck 1 making one side one axle to a small diameter wheel 12a and making the remained one axle to the large diameter wheel 6a is arranged below the floor part of the driving base D and the small diameter wheel 12a side is arranged below the floor part of the compartment P respectively. At least one doorway (doors 22e, 23e) is provided adjacent to the driving base of the seats 22c, 23d, and the floor part of the doorway becomes a similar low floor part to the lower parts of the seats 22c, 23c and the passages 22d, 23d. An accumulator BA is arranged on the floor part below the seats 22c, 23c.
