Abstract:
Disclosed is a lubricant composition for fine blanking, which is an environmental-friendly chlorine-free working oil but still enables a die life comparable with the case where a chlorine-containing oil is used. The lubricant composition for fine blanking provides a product having a good shape. The lubricant composition for fine blanking contains 10-50% by mass of an active sulfur compound and 2-10% by mass of a thiadiazole derivative.
