To provide a light-emitting unit that can suppress leakage of light from a light source part, and to provide an air conditioning device.SOLUTION: A light-emitting unit 9 includes: an LED 61; electrical wiring 97 for a light source which is connected to the LED 61; and a unit casing 90 for storing the LED 61 therein. At least part of the electrical wiring 97 for a light source is positioned between a joint 96 through which light is highly likely to be transmitted more than a principal surface 83a of a lower casing 90b in the unit casing 90 and the LED 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
