PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device that includes a plurality of types of light-emitting element and can improve heat dissipation property, and to provide a lighting device.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes: a laminate substrate; and the plurality of types of upper/lower electrode-type light-emitting elements dispersedly arranged at a first surface of the laminate substrate and emitting light with a different color from one another.
