Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine learning device, a robot system and a machine leaning method that are able to optimize respective operations of a robot and a laser scanner.SOLUTION: A machine learning device 2 for learning respective operations of a robot 11 and a laser scanner 13, comprises: a state observing section 21 that observes, as state data, a state of a leading end of the robot to which the laser scanner is attached and a state of an optical component in the laser scanner; a determination data acquiring section 22 that accepts, as determination data, at least one of the followings: a processing time taken by the robot to which the laser scanner is attached; a driving electric current for driving the robot; a command path for the laser scanner; a passing time in a range allowing the laser scanner to perform processing; and a distance between the robot and a point at which the laser scanner performs the processing; and a learning section 23 that learns the respective operations of the robot and the laser scanner on the basis of output from the state observing section and output from the determination data acquiring section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
