Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic core suitable for high frequency application, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: In a magnetic core including a layered body of an Fe-based nano crystal alloy ribbon, and a resin contained in the layered body, when heating test is performed by raising the temperature, in the atmosphere, from room temperature to 160°C in 20 minutes, and after holding that temperature for 500 hours, lowering the temperature to room temperature by air-cooling, the drop rate of impedance relative permeability μat frequency 100 kHz is less than 5%, before and after the heating test. A manufacturing method for magnetic core includes a step of making a layered body of an Fe-based nano crystal alloy ribbon, a first heat treatment step of precipitating a nano crystal, a second heat treatment step of holding the temperature less than the nano crystallization start temperature in an atmosphere of more oxidative than the atmosphere in the first heat treatment step, and a step of impregnating with resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
