Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic polishing machine which can suppress polishing unevenness.SOLUTION: A magnetic polishing machine comprising: a container 2 in which a polished material and plural small pieces to be polished are accommodated; plural rotor plates 5 to which a magnet 7 is attached and which are rotatably located below the container 2; and a first rotating mechanism 6 which rotates each rotor plate 5 around a rotation axis A1 of the rotor plate 5. Since plural rotor plates 5 are located below the container 2 in this manner, the small pieces to be polished are mixed with one another in the whole of the container 2 by a centrifugal force of the small piece to be polished in association with rotation of each rotor plate 5. Therefore, it is suppressed that an amount of the polished material is reduced even above a midship part of each rotor plate 5 and near the rotation axis A1 of each rotor plate 5. Consequently, polishing unevenness can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
